Biography
Frances Claiborne was born in 1847. She was the daughter of Edward Calohill Burks and Mildred "Bettie" Buford.
Frances married John Singleton Kasey in 1867 in Bedford County, Virginia.[1] Their children were as listed below.
- Kate Singleton (Kasey) Burks (1871 - 1913)
- Margaret Burks (Kasey) Walmsley (1875 - 1937)
- Bessie Buford (Kasey) Schenk (1878 - 1917)
- Louise Claiborne (Kasey) Jordan (1884 - 1914).
She passed away in 1916.[2]
