Sarah Burnap was born 12 July 1694, Reading, Middlesex county, Massachusetts, daughter of Joseph and Tabitha Burnap of Reading. [1]

Sarah Burnap married Jeremiah Swain (aka Swayne) of Reading, Middlesex county, Massachusetts [2] were they remained the rest of their lives.
