Paul passed away on 14 November 1971 in San Bernardino, aged 81. He was buried in Mountain View Cemetery, San Bernardino, San Bernardino County, California.[1][12][13]
Research Notes
There is recently some confusion if Paul was counted twice in the 1940 Census as he looks to show up two different times. Possibly, only one is Paul, but that info has not yet been determined. Ages match, marriage status matches, and even occupation is almost the exact same.
More proof that these may be the same Paul Burtons is that he is also listed in the 1930 Census[14] with both the family from the 1940 Census and his mother from the 1940 Census.
