Elizabeth Springate's maiden name was probably not Busse. The 1746 marriage record for John Springet and Elizabeth Busse is for the marriage of John Springate/Springett/Springet to Elizabeth Busse.
Elizabeth (Busse) Springate was born in Benenden, Kent, England.
Birth: Elizabeth Buss, daughter of John & Mary, was baptised on 20 October 1728 in Benenden, St George, Kent, England.[1]
Marriage: Elizabeth Busse married John Springet on 1 June 1746 in Frant, Sussex, England.[2][3]
Burial: Elizabeth Springett died in about 1813 and was buried on 29 May 1813 in Parish Church of Hawkhurst, Hawkhurst, Kent, England.[4][5]

Elizabeth and her father John are referenced in the Springett's entry in the 'Pedigrees of the Families in the County of Kent' by William Berry (pages 242 & 243). The Springett family tree records Elizabeth Buss as the wife of John Springett and the daughter of John Buss [6]

Busse-225 and Busse-93 appear to represent the same person because: Busse-93 and Springate-225 seem to have originally been created by GEDCOM uploads. I adopted 225 and her husband and then came across -93 and the same husband. Looks like the difficulty with the spelling of the name could have caused some of the problem.
