Chambers Sr., Adam Lackey, Jonathan Allen, Francis Wright, Daniel Duncan, Leonard Huff, Alexander Roberson. 2 Event: Land 12 Jun 1770 , Guilford, North Carolina Note: William Buster to James Wilson, 382 acres of land for ?35. Signed William Buster. 10 2 Event: Land 1777 , Guilford, North Carolina Note: William Bustert of Montgomery County, Virginia to Claudius Buster of Guilford county, North Carolina; 265 acres the same 265 that William bought of WARD in Orange County 1770. Will Dated: 12 Mar 1792: , Wythe, Virginia 7 11. In the name of God amen March 12th day in the year of our Lord on thousand seven hundred & ninty two, I William Busterd of the county of Wythe & state of Virginia being in perfect health & of sound mind & memory & knowing it is appointed for man once to die do make & ordain this my last Will & Testiment first I recommend my soul to God & restores my body to the Earth with all humble hopes of a blessed Immortality to the one and glorious resurrection to the other through the all sufficient merrit of my redeemer & that when he resigns his Menistored kingdom to him father I shall after the reunion of my body & spirit be an humble attendant an that most glorious of all Triumphs. I give to my loving wife JANE BUSTERD my Negroe Woman "Jude" forever. I also give to my beloved Wife Jane my negroe man slave "Adam", my Negroe Woman "Phebe", my Negroe boy "James", my Negroe girls "Hannah" & "Hetty" with all my house furniture of all kinds, all my plantation tools of every kind, my stock of all kinds with my plantation where I now live during her life & at her decease to be divided as follows to wit: I give to my son Charles all my plantation whereon I now live with all my plantation tools, my Negroe man slake "Adam", my negroe Woman "Phebe" & my negroe boy "James." After the decease of my wife forever I give to my daughter Elizabeth BYRD my Negroe girl "Dianah," Forever I give to my daughter Jane my Negroe girls "Hetty" & "Amy" forever also one horse & saddle, two cows & calfs with one half of my house furniture. Forever I give to my daughter Sarah my negroe girls "Ann" & "Betty", one horse and saddle, two cows and calfs also half of my house furniture. Forever I give to my son David my negroe boy "Bob" Forever I give to my son Michael my negroe girl "Hannah", after my wife's deceased Forever I give to my son William my negroe boy "Ceaser" Forever I give to my son Claudius my negroe boy "Adam" Forever all other my lands to be equally divided among six sons, forever the residue of my estate to be equally divided among all my children after paying my just debts & funeral expenses.
