Biography
John was born in December of 1846 or 1847. He is the son of Jesse Butler and Sarah Coddington. The 1850 Census says age two years. The 1860 Census says ago 13 years.
John Butler was married to Lorietta Donley in 1872 and they appear in the 1900 Census in Montineau County, Missouri ( https://www.ancestry.com/interactive/7602/4118804_00304/30023042 ).
