  1. Survivors include two sons, Michael J. Botelho and his wife Diane Blagman of Potomac, MD and Joseph R. Botelho, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Berkley; three daughters, Sandra M. Childs and her husband Brad, and Susan McNary and her husband James, all of Attleboro, and Sally Waitt and her husband Tom of Sheridan, IN; fourteen grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.
  2. She was also the sister of the late Thomas Butler.
