This is from a Family Group sheet resulting from an interview with the mother of the subject, Elsie Tisdale-394 in 1970 when she was attending to the death of a half sister Minnie May Green. Elsie noted the name change in this family Petersen-1298
When I interviewed her mother in 1970 she said subject lived in Gary, Indiana.
