Arthur was born in 1889 to Solomon Virgil Bynum and Lula Victoria Perry. He married Roxie Bryson in 1915. He passed away in 1964 and is buried in the Antioch Baptist Cemetery in Liberty, Blount County, Alabama. ^[1]
