Anna Byrnes

Ann Burns came with her family from Ireland to St. Louis, MO, in 1844, and to Burlington, IA, the following year. They were one of the pioneer families of Burlington. Her grandfather was a teacher of music at the Conservatory of Dublin, at that time a part of the University of that city.
