Roger Bysshe, the son of William Bysshe and Margaret James, was born about 1621. He was baptised on 7 June 1622 at St Nicholas Church, Worth, Sussex, England.[1][2]
"He was the grandson of John Bysshe of Worth who had married his third cousin Mercy Bysshe, daughter of John Bysshe of Worth, who had married his third cousin, Mercy Bysshe, daughter of John Bysshe of Burstow Surrey. Roger Bysshe married an Irish lady, Ellen (or Hellen) Parr." [3]
Roger Bysshe died in 1702 at Worth, Sussex. [4][5]
He was buried at St Nicholas Churchyard, Worth, Mid Sussex District, West Sussex.[6]
