Minta Calder is a part of US Black heritage.
Minta was born before 1800.
She is listed in the 1820 probate inventory of owner Henry Calder, which named and valued each of the slaves after Henry's death.[1]
Minta (girl) is listed with Alvey (boy), valued together at $500. The exact relationship between them cannot be determined from the record.
