Biography
James was born in 1844. He was the son of John Campbell and Elizabeth Robertson. "James qualified as a teacher and taught school in Glengarry before going to Eganville for a number of years. He was also a bookkeeper for the lumbering firm of George E. McGregor at Killaloe and also for the Robert Campbell (MLA) lumbering firm in Eganville. James and Ann had ten children." He passed away in 1920.[1].
