Biography

Isabella Campbell was born about 1772 in Cumberland County, North Carolina. She was the daughter of Farquhard Campbell and Isabella (McAllister) Campbell.

Isabella married John "Long" "Ferry John" Smith.^[1] John was her step-brother, son of Elizabeth Whitfield and Elizabeth's first husband, Alexander Smith. Elizabeth was the second wife of Farquhard Campbell.
