Biography

Mary Cantrell, daughter of Richard Cantrell and Constance Bethel, was born in July 1799 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. She passed away in January 1863 in DeKalb County, Tennessee and is buried in Martin Cemetery, DeKalb County.^[1]

Mary married Perry G. Magness in early 1815 in Warren County, Tennessee.^[2] Known children include:
