Sybil appears in The Carr Family Records. She was born on 10 Dec 1816 to Captain George Carr and his wife Nancy Griswold. .^[1] See Page 348.

She married (1) Reverend George Washington Webb on 19 May 1836. Children: Helen Amanda, Oscar Irving, Nancy Elizabeth, Mary. He died in 1863. She married (2) John George on 19 Aug 1865. They had no children.

In the 1850 census Sibbel Webb (age 33) was in Portland, Chautauqua, New York, United States.^[2] Children: Helen, Oscar, Nancy, Mary, Matilda.

In the 1870 census Amanda (age 58), Keeping House, was in Brookfield, Tioga, Pennsylvania.^[3]

S, daughter of George Carr & Nancy Griswold, died (age 95) on 6 January 1912 in Brookfield, Tioga, Pennsylvania, United States.^[4]
