Biography

Ed was born 2 Dec 1895 or 2 Dec 1896, in Oxford, Lafayette Co., Mississippi. He was the son of Edward Baxter Carter and Sara JoAnne (Frazier) McNamee. Other than the 1900 census and his Draft Registration, I haven't been able to find out anything else about him. His Nieces and Nephews called him "Uncle Kever."
