Biography
Zachary Pete Proctor was born in 18 Mar 1850. He was the son of Thomas Carter and Elizabeth Daniel. He had six siblings in the household.
Zachary married Georgia Ann Baker Carter (1854–1935). The couple had two children: Della Leona Carter McLendon (1876–1957) and Mary Ellen Carter Swanner (1878–1960).
He passed away in 15 Feb 1920. He was buried at Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery in Barbour County, Alabama, USA.[1]
