Biography

Laud Austin Carter was born on 28 August 1881 in Durham, Washington County, Arkansas, United States, son of George Washington Carter (1852–1928) and Winnie Elizabeth Campbell (1852–1929).[1]

He married Annie Robbins on 23 October 1904 in Washington, Arkansas. He was 23 years old.[2][3]

On 15 April 1910 he was in Springdale, Washington, Arkansas.[4]

He was in a military record in 1917-1918 in Eastland, Texas.[5]

On 2 April 1930 he was in Virgil, Greenwood, Kansas.[6]

On 1 April 1940 he was in Fort Worth, Tarrant, Texas.[7]

He was in a military record in 1942 in Fort Worth, Tarrant, Texas.[8]

He died (age 96) on 10 December 1977 in Tarrant County, Texas.[9][10][11] He was buried in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.[12]
