Jean "Josie" Kean, 86, passed away on March 26, 2010, in Thousand Oaks, CA where she was living with her daughter, Christine Paterson. She will be laid to rest on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at the Mountain View Cemetery in Reno, next to her late husband Thomas Kean, former State Assemblyman from Washoe County. She was born Jean Shirley Kabisius November 14, 1923 to Madge and Lester Kabisius in Los Angeles, CA, graduated high school from Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy in La Canada, CA, attended the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR.
