Biography
Sampson B Carver was born in December, 1873 in Columbia, Florida, USA, son of Henry Rigdon Carver (1837–1910) and Elizabeth Dekle (1848–>1910).
In the 1880 census Henry lived with parents and older sister in Columbia County, Florida.[1]
