Biography
Susan Elizabeth Chadick was born in 1842 in Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama. She married Samuel Wesley Fordyce on May 1, 1866. Samuel Wesley Fordyce was a prominent railroad executive of the American South. Susan and Samuel had two daughters and three sons. Susan Elizabeth Chadick Fordyce died on March 1, 1935 in St. Louis, Missouri and was buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery Saint Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri.
