Fred was born in 1852. He is the son of Marcellus Chandler and Rosella Goding^[1]. He died 03 Apr 1938 and was buried in Pine Grove Cemetery, Brunswick, Maine. ^[2][3]

03 Mar 1877: marriage to Marella T Curtis(1851-1934)^[4]They had a daughter Irene Chandler, who was born and died on the same day in 1891.^[5]
