Susan Hill
In Richard Chappell's complete Will he refers to Judah as his daughter. I have a copy of that original Will. It's very old and big. She is married to John Rayner or Raynor 1724-1796. My great Uncle William Marvin Hill gave me the Will along with other papers back in the 1960's. It was part of his documentation for the SAR. I don't believe you have the right parents for Richard. These have been checked and rejected for dob's that don't work and lack of documentation
