Biography
Ephraim was born in 1654 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts. He was the son of Benjamin Childe II and Mary (Bowen) Child. Ephraim was baptised on 27 February 1659 in First Church, Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts.
Ephraim, at age 21, was slain by Indians during King Phillip's War on 23 September 1675 in Northfield, Massachusetts.[1]
