Biography

Catherine Christman was born on November 14, 1840, in Monroe County, Ohio. She was the daughter of George Jacob Christman and Eva Rosina Christman. She married John Pfalzgraf on February 17, 1864, in Monroe County, Ohio. They were farmers and had 12 children during their marriage. She died on May 19, 1920, having lived a long life of 79 years, and was buried in Woodsfield, Ohio.
