Biography

MIles was born in 1839. He was a member of the 3rd Michigan Infantry. MIles Chubb is a merchant in the 1870 census and a farmer in the 1880 census.

A Franklin Thurston, also a merchant, is in the household in 1870. Is he a brother-in-law or a boarder?
