Biography
Juana María was born about 1748 to Ignacio Durán y Chávez and Ana Gregoria Maese.[1] In about 1766 she married José Baca[2] and they had four known daughters:
- Ana Gregoria de Guadalupe, born in 1769
- María Guadalupe, born about 1772
- Juana de los Reyes, born about 1774
- Maria Apolonia de Jesús, born about 1777
In 1781, Juana María married Mariano Sanchez using the name Juana María de la Concepción.[3][4]
