In 1778, a listing of clothing issued to the men of Jonathan's Company in the 7th Regiment of the Massachusetts Army commanded by Lt. Colonel John Brooks[5]
On 9 Apr 1778, Jonathan, age 37, was a Private in David Webster's Company.[6]
On 20 May 1782, Jonathan, age 41, was a Private in the Massachusetts 3rd Regiment. [7]
On July 1782, Jonathan, age 41, was a Private in the Massachusetts 3rd Regiment. [8]
Jonathan died on February 4, 1804, in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, at the age of 63, and was buried in Center Cemetery, Westhampton, Massachusetts.[9]
