Biography
Ann was born about 1793. She was the daughter of William Clark and Lucretia Clark.
She was named "Nancy" Sanford, the commonly used nickname for Ann, in the will of her father's maternal uncle Henry Towles dated 26th May 1835 in Madison County, Virginia.[1]
