Horace P. Clough was born about 1824 in Goshen, Clermont County, Ohio[1] He married Mary Leibee on May 1, 1845 in Butler County, Ohio.[2] They had 3 children, Sarah Minerva, Charles Henry and Daniel L.[3][4] Horace died on May 28, 1883 in Middletown, Ohio.[1] He is buried in Middletown Cemetery.[5]
