Ethel was the second child (first girl) of 16, of Charles Clarence Clouser and Bertha Mae (Dunn) Clouser. Ethel had been married three (3) times: (1) Howard Cleveland Reigh (1894-1941) they divorced.(2) William Martin Steele (1882-1943), she was widowed and (3) later married David Hartsock.
Ethel had one child with Howard Reigh: Robert C Reigh 1912-1913.
Ethel had six (6) children with William Martin Steele. After William died, Ethel married David Hartsock.
