At age 27, Olivier, a farmer, married Marcelline Naud on 21 Nov 1864 in Saint-Alban parish in Portneuf, Canada East. There were eight known children born into this marriage.
Olivier died at age 64 on 20 Nov 1902 in Sainte-Thècle parish in Champlain, Québec, Canada; he was buried four days later on 24 Nov in Sainte-Thècle parish cemetery.
