She is listed as being of age on her marriage. Her parents' family were in Ste-Élisabeth for most of their married life.[3]
Research Notes
No baptism has been found for her under the name Éloïse, it is possible that she was baptized Marie Louise on 15 Sept 1838, born 14th. Census records might lead to more definite answer on the question.

Alfred Aubuchon dit Desalliers married Marie Éloïse Cloutier, daughter of Louis Cloutier and the late Catherine Beaucage, on 14 September 1868 in Ste-Élisabeth, Seigneurie d'Autray.[4][5]
