Thomas married Mercy Freeman of Eastham, the daughter of Edmond Freeman, on 14 Oct 1717^[2] at Truro.

Thomas died on February 9, 1768 at the age of 74 in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts and is buried in the Old North Cemetery in Truro, Barnstable, Massachusetts. Find A Grave: Memorial #44929809
