Biography

Selia (Cochran) Vanoy was born in Appalachia, in Kentucky.

Selia was born in 1858. She was the daughter of Asel Cochran and Nancy Cox. She married George W Vanoy and together they had nine children. She passed away in 1930 and is buried in Poplar Grove Cemetery, Liberty, Kentucky.
