At her decease to son Peter and hrs.
To son John and heirs., 60 acres bought of Henry Ward.
To wife and children, residue of estate.
Executors to bind sons John, David, Mathew and Daniel to trades as they see fit.

Note mentions a debt due from John Johnson, admr. of estate of John Johnson, of Queen Anne's Co., to be added to estate.
