Biography

Andrew Cole was born in Ireland.

Andrew Cole died young.

Andrew Alphonsus Cole was born on 2nd August 1906 at 11 Cuffe Street, Dublin, Ireland. He was the son of Michael Cole (a grocer) and Margaret Cogan. ^[1][2][3]

Andrew sadly died when he was only six weeks old, on 14th September 1906. He died at the same house he was born - 11 Cuffe Street. The cause of his death was enteritis and gastritis.^[4][5]

Andrew was buried in Glasnevin Cemetery, South section, Plot UA 63, the same plot as his older brother Michael was buried three years earlier. ^[6][7]

Andrew had two older brothers, both called Michael. The first died at birth in 1903 due to asphyxia. The second Michael lived to the age of 66. No other children have been found in this family.
