Timothy was born in 1799 in Gloucestershire, England to James and Martha Coleman. He was baptised 18 Apr 1802 Bristol St George.[1] He married Ann Williams in Benwelty, Wales on 20 Sep 1824[2], and they had a family. Timothy was a collier by trade.[3][4]. He passed away in Wales in 1857.[5]

From Gloucestershire to Wales? It seems likely that it is the same man, but it is possible that there were two men named Timothy Coleman; one in Gloucestershire and one in Wales.
