DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Thomas:

Collins-3488 and Collins-12344 are not ready to be merged because: The Collins profiles of 18th century VA and NC are a big mess. I am reluctant to make it bigger until we get some better sources than someone else's unsourced family trees or pages on ancestry.com and rootsweb. Collins-12344 has no verifiable source and Collins-3488 is barely sourced. Let's hold off for a bit and try to find more sources...

Collins-3488 and Collins-12344 appear to represent the same person because: Please approve (prior merge for underlying child Nancy)

Daughter of Thomas Collins Sr. and Susanna (Wyatt) Collins
