Rebecca, was born May 6, 1704[1], the daughter of Stephen Cone and Mary Hungerford of East Haddam Connecticut[2]
On March 14, 1729, she married Thomas Barnes, son of William Barnes, who was born Mar. 20, 1706, at East Haddam, and always lived there. Their children included:
Eleanor, b. Feb. 10. 1730
Thomas, b. May 12, 1732.
Daniel, b. Jan. 23. 1735,
Rebecca, b, Dec, 16, 1737
Susannah, b. Aug. 14, 1739
Jonah, b. July 11. 1741
Dorcas, b. Nov, 6. 1743
Thomas died in 1759, but Rebecca lived until about 1801
