Their daughter Mary Ann Connelly Master was baptised the very same day as their wedding - March 5, 1822.
By the 1841 Census, wife Jane and daughter Mary were living on their own -- no sign of James.
Research Notes
There was a 2 yr old James Connelly (Conly) buried in Stoke Damerel on Aug 3, 1825 - his residence was Pembroke Street - not sure if he was related in some way. A son perhaps?
For some reason, going forward, both Jane and her daughter began to use the surname NEAL in Census records.
