Virginia Elizabeth Constable is the daughter of Thomas Franklin Constable and Jemima Ann Constable.
Virginia married John Wesley Evans, the widower of Luella Virginia Bean. John did not have any children from his first marriage as Luella had died in childbirth.
Children of Virginia and John are:
- Nellie Estelle Evans, born March 13, 1888, in Inkerman, WV, died July 25, 1971, in Inkerman, buried in Asbury cemetery, married Furmon F. Wise
- Fluella Evans, born 1890, in Inkerman, died 1941, buried in Asbury cemetery, married Elmore P. Saville, on May 20, 1908
