Edward Conyers was born about 1693, son of John Conyers of Walthamstow in Essex [1] and his wife, Mary Lee. [2] He was educated at Oxford University and Middle Temple. [1]
By December 1717 he had married Mathilda Fermor, daughter of William Fermor, Baron Leominster [1] and his wife, Sophia Osborne. They are said to have had six children including 1 son and 3 daughters. [1]
In 1725 he was returned to the 1722 parliament as member for East Grinstead in place of his father who had died. [1] He was returned for a second time in 1734.[1]
He passed away on the 23rd of April 1742. [1]
