Mandeville Cook, son of Ephriam and Jane Cook, was born on 12 Oct. 1843 in Virginia.[1] He appeared on the census of 19 July 1850 in the home of his parents at District 42, Mercer, Virginia.[2]
He married Mary Farley, daughter of Andrew Thomas Farley and Anna (Cook) Farley, in 1865.[1]
Mary died in 1889 and he married Sally Margaret Goff, daughter of George Goff and Mary Etta (King) Goff, on 25 Dec. 1891 in Summers County, West Virginia.[1]
Mandeville died on 1 April 1909 at Summers County, West Virginia and was buried at Cook Cemetery, Summers County, West Virginia. His memorial has photos, biographical material and links to those of family members.[1]
