Biography
Ruby was born in 1902.[1] She was the daughter of Thomas Cook and Eva Bulmer. She passed away in 1959.[2] She is buried in the Sandgate Cemetery, Newcastle, New South Wales.[3]
In 1922, Ruby married Herbert A. Higgins.[4]
