Biography

Nathaniel Cook was born 17 December 1712, in Norwich, New London County, Connecticut Colony, to parents Obadiah Cook and Phebe Clark.^[1]

He married Mary Parish 14 December 1737.^[2]

• The death date of 1731 for Nathaniel is unsourced; it conflicts with his 1737 marriage date to Hannah. That date is sourced, although not by a primary source. New England Parish Families" is generally reliable, and so that marriage date should stand unless a better source presents another date. The death date has been changed to "after 1737."
