Eliza Cook, daughter of Peter Cooke and Jane Limbrick, ^[1] was born in about February 1852 in Thornbury, Gloucestershire. ^[1][2]

On 2 April 1871 in Hawkesbury, Gloucestershire, with her parents Peter Cook and Jane Cook and her siblings William A. Cook aged 25, Edwin Cook aged 23, Walter Cook aged 17, George L. Cook aged 15, Andrew Cook aged 13, Daniel Cook aged 11, Julia Cook aged 9, Sidney Cook aged 7 and Emily Cook aged 3. ^[3]

On 3 April 1881 on Manor Farm, Charlton, Wiltshire, with her parents Peter Cooke and Jane Cooke and her siblings George L. Cooke aged 24, Andrew Cooke aged 22, Daniel Cooke aged 21, Julia Cooke aged 18 and Sidney Cooke aged 17. ^[1]
