Biography

William was born in 1880. He married Elizabeth Sarah Elliott in 1899.^[1]

William came to Canada in 1902 on The Irishman ship along with his wife, Elizabeth and her sister, Winifred Elliott. Their family lived in Red Deer, Alberta.^[2][3]

At the time of the 1921 Canada Census, William, Lillian Grace, George Robert, James Edwin, Albert Arthur, Charles William, Leonard Walter, Royland Leslie, Raymond Percy, and Elizabeth Anne Cooper were listed as living in Vanderhood, British Columbia.^[4] At the time of the census, William's occupation was listed as "Farmer".
