Harold / Howell Agnew Cooper was born on August 29, 1919 in Greenwood, South Carolina, United States. His parents were Harold W Cooper (1887 - ) and Onie Lee (Agnew) Cooper (1891 - 1980).

His brother was William Oscar Cooper (1922 - 2003).

Harold married Annie Elizabeth Wise ( - ) on April 6, 1947.^[1][2]

Harold died in February 29, 1992 aged ~72.^[3][4]

Research Notes

In some records his first name is Harold other records have it as Howell but the is supporting evidence in those records that proves they are the same person.
